The managed AI system is A$499 a month after a 14-day free trial. A card is required at signup, there's no setup fee and no lock-in contract. Unlimited inbound calls, and a website is included if you need one; not everyone does. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. More complex work is scoped separately.
Can we buy a website on its own?
Yes, a website on its own is A$997 one-off. Optional A$79 a month care covers hosting, maintenance and 2 changes a month; without it, changes are charged separately. It goes live within 7 business days of us having everything we need from you, or it's free. Anything materially outside the standard scope is quoted before we begin.
What counts as a custom business system?
A custom business system is a portal, dashboard, bespoke workflow, custom automation or larger implementation project that needs discovery and individual scoping before a responsible price can be given. You get a written scope and price before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses outside Perth?
Yes, we're based in Perth and set up service businesses anywhere in Australia. Most of the work is done over the phone and online, and in Perth, Sam can come to you in person.
Does it have an Australian accent?
Yes, it speaks with an Australian male voice, in plain Australian English. If you'd rather a different voice, we can change it when we set it up.
Is it only for trades?
No, it suits any service business that takes enquiries by phone or online, including trades, mortgage brokers, property managers and cleaning businesses. We set it up around the questions your callers actually ask.
